- Cancel orders where products become unavailable.
An order is not considered accepted until written confirmation is provided by Workplace Robotics.

Where products are supplied under a lease, rental or Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) arrangement:
- Additional terms may apply.
- Separate finance agreements may be required.
- Approval may be subject to credit assessment.
- Ownership of equipment may remain with Workplace Robotics or the financing provider until contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Specific lease terms will be detailed in the relevant agreement.
6. Installation, Deployment and Training
Where Workplace Robotics provides deployment services, installation, mapping, training, configuration or commissioning services:
- Site suitability remains subject to assessment.
- Customers must provide reasonable access to premises.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe operating environment.
- Workplace Robotics may suspend deployment where safety concerns exist.
Operational performance may vary depending on site layout, floor conditions, network connectivity, environmental factors and user practices.
7. Maintenance and Support
Support, maintenance and service arrangements are governed by the applicable support agreement or warranty terms.
Response times, service levels and maintenance inclusions may vary depending on the selected support package.
Workplace Robotics may utilise third-party service providers, manufacturers or authorised partners to deliver support services.
8. Website Content and Technical Tools
This website may contain calculators, ROI estimators, comparison tools, guides and informational content.
All such information is provided for general guidance only.
Any ROI calculations, cost estimates, productivity estimates or operational savings calculations are indicative only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance.
